For the past 8 years Julian Cardoos has made a life focused on helping others realize and
acheive their full potential.
Growing up as child and young adult Julian struggled with being overweight. In 2001, he
decided to take action and obtained his 1st personal training certification from the National
Academy of Sports Medicine. He then applied this new knowledge to himself and lost 55lbs
through modifieing his exercise, nutrition and lifestyle.
Since 2001, Julian has trained hundreds of clients leveraging not only his NASM, AFAA, and
Speciatly Certification background, but his own weight loss experience. This has helped him
better understand and relate to his clientele.
